FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL POSTERS: AUSTRALIA, UK, EUROPE & USA

All Posters and Printed Items are made to order

Processing | Orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are handled on Mondays (unless Public Holiday) 

Printing + Fulfilment  | 2-7 Business  Days  

Shipping Time | Most major cities, within 2-5 business days. Regional areas can take a few days longer  

Processing (1 BD) + Printing (2-7 BD) + Shipping (2-5 BD) = Total time for arrival

Delayed or Lost Orders | A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Please contact us for assistance and customer support.

Wrong or Incomplete Address | If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Changes & Cancellation | Please be advised that cancellations requests are accepted within 2 hours after order placed (during business hours). After that you will have to follow our Return policy. The same for changes to your order like size, colour and design. 

Please note that customised orders cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

*UK and Europe import tax. Import tax can be charged on large orders of some pieces are made outside the UK. These charges will be for paid by the customer.
